Refund Policy

By making a purchase through the Platform, the User agrees to this Refund Policy.

  • Accessing video content
  • Opening educational resources
  • Downloading resources
  • Joining live sessions

  • Accessing project materials
  • Accessing assessments
  • Attempting quizzes
  • Attempting examinations
  • Submitting assignments
  • Joining premium communities
  • Accessing certification resources
  • Accessing internship resources
  • Utilizing AI learning features
  • Accessing premium features

The earliest occurrence of any such event shall constitute commencement.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unless expressly required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:

  • Commenced courses
  • Downloaded resources

  • Certification fees
  • Assessment fees

6. COURSE ACCESS AFTER PURCHASE

Upon successful purchase, Users generally receive immediate access to educational materials.

Because access itself constitutes delivery of digital services, such access may limit or eliminate refund eligibility.

Users are encouraged to carefully review:

7. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Users may cancel future subscription renewals where such functionality is available.

Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically entitle the User to a refund for:

Access may continue until expiration of the active billing period unless otherwise specified.

8. CERTIFICATION FEES

Such payments are generally non-refundable once:

  • Registration is completed

  • Certification processing begins

9. INTERNSHIP AND CAREER SERVICES

Payments relating to:

  • Career guidance
  • Internship programs
  • Resume services
  • Placement assistance
  • Interview preparation
  • Mentorship
  • Career coaching

are generally non-refundable after service access, scheduling, commencement, consultation, or delivery.

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Placement
  • Employment
  • Interviews
  • Freelance opportunities
  • Professional advancement

Lack of a desired outcome shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

10. ENTERPRISE, INSTITUTIONAL AND BULK PURCHASES

Enterprise purchases, organizational purchases, educational institution purchases, corporate learning agreements, and bulk enrollments are governed by separate contractual arrangements where applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Bulk purchases are non-refundable.

where payment failures occur.

Users remain responsible for amounts lawfully owed.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

Refund requests may be investigated where Skilvi reasonably suspects:

  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Account sharing
  • Refund abuse
  • Payment manipulation

Skilvi reserves the right to deny refunds where abuse is detected.

13. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Users agree to first contact Skilvi regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or claim through a financial institution.

Where a chargeback is initiated, Skilvi may:

  • Suspend the account
  • Restrict access
  • Freeze enrollments
  • Suspend certifications
  • Revoke Platform access
  • Recover losses
  • Recover administrative costs
  • Recover legal expenses where permitted by law

Skilvi may provide evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement agencies, arbitration bodies, and courts.

Such evidence may include:

  • Login records
  • Access logs
  • Viewing records
  • Download records
  • Assessment records
  • Certification records
  • Communication records
  • Device information
  • Transaction records

14. REFUND REVIEW PROCESS

Where refunds are considered, Users may be required to provide:

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Skilvi reserves sole discretion to:

Approved refunds may require reasonable processing time depending on:

Skilvi does not control the processing timelines of third-party financial institutions.

16. PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

Purchases made through:

  • Limited-time offers
  • Special access programs

may be subject to additional restrictions and may be designated as non-refundable.

17. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

Termination of an account due to:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Account sharing
  • Security violations

does not entitle the User to a refund.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, subscribing to, enrolling in, accessing, or using any paid service offered through the Platform, the User acknowledges that:

  • They understand this Policy.
  • They agree to this Policy.
  • They understand that digital services may become non-refundable upon access or commencement.
  • They agree to the chargeback and dispute provisions described herein.
