All users, learners, creators, instructors, mentors, organizations, partners, visitors, and community participants are required to comply with this Policy.
Failure to comply may result in:
- Content removal
- Certification suspension
- Certification revocation
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Legal action
- Financial recovery actions
- Permanent bans

Skilvi reserves sole discretion in determining whether conduct violates this Policy.
5. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND ACCOUNT SHARING
Users may not:
- Share credentials.
- Share accounts.
- Sell accounts.
- Rent accounts.
- Transfer accounts.
- Permit unauthorized access.
Each account is intended solely for the registered user.
Indicators of unauthorized sharing may include:
- Simultaneous logins.
- Unusual device activity.
- Unusual geographic activity.
- Suspicious access patterns.
- Unauthorized content consumption.
Skilvi may investigate suspected account sharing.
Violations may result in:
- Access restrictions.
- Certification suspension.
- Course access termination.
- Permanent account bans.
No refunds shall be provided for violations.
6. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Users shall conduct themselves respectfully.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment.
- Bullying.
- Threats.
- Intimidation.
- Hate speech.
- Discrimination.
- Defamation.
- Abuse.
- Personal attacks.
- Obscene conduct.
- Illegal conduct.
- Harmful conduct.
Community spaces are intended for constructive educational engagement.
Skilvi reserves the right to moderate, edit, restrict, archive, or remove content that violates community standards.
7. USER GENERATED CONTENT
Users remain responsible for content they submit, upload, publish, post, transmit, share, or otherwise make available.
Users shall not submit content that:

- Is fraudulent.
- Is misleading.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Violates privacy rights.
- Contains malware.
- Promotes illegal activity.
- Contains harmful material.
- Violates Platform policies.

8. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY PRINCIPLES
Educational integrity is fundamental to the value of Skilvi certifications, assessments, and educational services.
Users shall:
- Complete work honestly.
- Submit authentic work.
- Follow assessment instructions.
- Respect examination rules.
- Avoid unauthorized assistance.
Violations may result in:
- Assessment invalidation.
- Certification suspension.
- Certification revocation.
- Account suspension.
- Permanent bans.
9. PROHIBITED ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT
Academic misconduct includes:
- Cheating.
- Plagiarism.
- Contract cheating.

- Impersonation.
- Unauthorized collaboration.
- Unauthorized assistance.
- Misrepresentation of authorship.

Skilvi may investigate suspected violations using manual, automated, technical, statistical, AI-assisted, or third-party review methods.
10. AI ASSISTED WORK AND DISCLOSURE
Where AI tools are permitted, users remain responsible for submitted work.
Users may not:
- Misrepresent AI-generated work as entirely original human work where disclosure is required.
- Use AI tools in violation of assessment instructions.
- Use AI systems to circumvent educational objectives.
- Use AI systems for cheating.
Skilvi reserves the right to require disclosure of AI-assisted work.
Failure to comply may constitute academic misconduct.
11. EXAMINATION AND ASSESSMENT SECURITY
Users shall not:
- Share assessment questions.
- Share answer keys.
- Record examinations.
- Distribute assessment materials.
- Circumvent proctoring systems.
- Interfere with assessment security.
Assessment materials remain confidential and proprietary.
Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.
12. CERTIFICATION FRAUD
Users shall not:
- Alter certificates.
- Forge certificates.
- Misrepresent credentials.
- Falsify records.
- Use revoked certificates.
- Create counterfeit certifications.

Ownership may belong to:
- Skilvi
- Content Creators
- Partners
- Licensors
- Authorized third parties
Users acquire no ownership rights through access to Platform content.
Access grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use content in accordance with Platform policies.
14. PROHIBITED COPYRIGHT ACTIVITIES
Users shall not:

- Upload content elsewhere.
- Share content publicly.

- Share premium materials.
- Share course access.
- Sell course materials.
- Upload Platform materials to third-party websites.
- Distribute Platform content through messaging groups.
- Share content through file-sharing services.
- Create unauthorized archives.
The prohibition applies regardless of whether content is shared:
- Publicly
- Privately
- Commercially
- Non-commercially
16. RECORDING RESTRICTIONS
Users may not record:

- Certification activities.
- Community events.
- Support interactions.

Unauthorized recordings constitute a violation of this Policy.
17. DOWNLOAD RESTRICTIONS

Use of software, scripts, browser extensions, bots, automation tools, extraction tools, or other methods designed to bypass Platform restrictions is prohibited.
18. SCRAPING, AUTOMATION AND DATA EXTRACTION
Users shall not:
- Scrape Platform content.
- Harvest user information.
- Collect instructor information.
- Extract databases.
- Extract course catalogs.
- Crawl Platform resources.
- Use automated collection systems.
- Deploy bots without authorization.
- Use data mining systems.
- Conduct large-scale extraction activities.
This restriction applies whether performed manually, automatically, directly, indirectly, or through third parties.
19. SECURITY ABUSE
Users shall not:
- Probe Platform systems.
- Scan infrastructure.
- Test vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Circumvent security controls.
- Access restricted systems.
- Attempt privilege escalation.
- Interfere with Platform security.
- Exploit technical weaknesses.
Any suspected security issue should be reported responsibly through official channels.
20. MALICIOUS SOFTWARE AND HARMFUL ACTIVITIES
Users shall not introduce, distribute, transmit, or deploy:
- Malware
- Viruses
- Worms
- Trojans
- Spyware
- Ransomware
- Malicious code
- Harmful scripts
or engage in activities intended to:
- Damage systems.
- Disrupt services.
- Compromise security.
- Access information unlawfully.
21. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
Skilvi respects intellectual property rights.
Copyright owners or authorized representatives may submit complaints regarding alleged infringement.
A complaint should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of allegedly infringing material.

- Review complaints.

- Certification was issued in error.
Certification decisions may occur before or after issuance.

Skilvi may investigate suspected violations using:

- Device information.
- AI-assisted review systems.
- Third-party verification services.
Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations.
Failure to cooperate may be considered during enforcement decisions.

Submission of an appeal does not:
- Guarantee reversal.
- Guarantee reinstatement.
- Suspend enforcement actions.

By accessing, using, purchasing, enrolling in, contributing to, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, Users acknowledge that:

- They understand the consequences of violations.
- They acknowledge Skilvi's enforcement rights described herein.
